Shri A K Jadli, Director (HR) undertook a comprehensive review of Bongaigaon today in the presence of Shri Arnab Maitra, Head of Project and other senior officials. Director (HR) shared insights on the rapidly evolving dynamics in the power sector, NTPC’s long-term growth strategy, and encouraged all teams to continuously upgrade their skills and embrace emerging technologies in line with NTPC’s forward-looking vision. During his tour of the Unit Control Room, he interacted with the Operations engineers and appreciated their dedication, technical excellence, and commitment to ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the nation. Director (HR) also inaugurated 24 newly-constructed blocks of B-Type quarters, comprising a total of 120 residential units. He also released coffee table book “Aamar Jiyori” (Our Daughter), showcasing the inspiring journey of the Girl Empowerment Mission (GEM) over the past three years at NTPC Bongaigaon. He also interacted with the young engineers and representatives of employees’ unions and associations.
